Combined with one of our industrial vacuums we can safely and efficiently remove prepare any surface for any industrial coating.

We have a fleet of 320 shot blasters that provide the most efficient and cost effective surface preparation solution. Shot blasting is a much faster method when compared to grinding and will provide a better key to the surface which leads to a longer lasting coating. Each of our shot blasters has a dedicated dust extractor to ensure a safe dust free environment.
Concrete shot blasting line marking removal
Our fleet of 320 shot blasters provide the the final step to any line marking removal project. The first step is to use a concrete grinder to remove any thick paint and then run the shot blaster over it with the correct width plate installed. This leave a straight flawless finish that is the acceptable standard for any make good of a commercial warehouse.

FAQ - Line marking removal
Will your line marking removal process damage the floor?
The accepted method for line marking removal is concrete grinding and/or concrete shot blasting. This process does leave a grind/shot blast path on the floor but this is accepted by every land lord as an acceptable way to hand back a commercial property. We follow the same process for every line marking removal project and have never has an issue from the land lord.
How long will it take to complete the line marking removal?
This all depend on how big the line marking removal project is and how well we can access the line marking that needs to be removed. If we has clear access we can remove 1000s of metres of line marking in a day.
Is line marking removal noisy?
Yes line marking removal is noisy. Generally you will not be able to operate during the process unless you have a large space and can segregate the area. We usually do line marking removal projects over the weekend or throughout the night to minimise the disruption to your operation.
