Concrete grinding and shot blasting line marking removal and surface preparation

We have a fleet of 630-820 diamond grinders that when equipt with the correct diamond grinding teeth are an efficient way to prepare any concrete surface for an epoxy coating, mma cold applied plastic coating or concete sealer coating. Combined with one of our industrial vacuums we can safely and efficiently remove prepare any surface for any industrial coating. This combination is dust free and can be using indoors and outdoors with minimal disruption to you operation.

We have a fleet of 320 shot blasters that provide the most efficient and cost effective surface preparation solution. Shot blasting is a much faster method when compared to grinding and will provide a better key to the surface which leads to a longer lasting coating. Each of our shot blasters has a dedicated dust extractor to ensure a safe dust free environment. 

We have a fleet of 250 diamond grinders that when equip with tungsten removal teeth and one of our industrial vacuums can safely and efficiently remove thick line marking. This combination is dust free and can be using indoors and outdoors with minimal disruption to you operation.

Our fleet of 320 shot blasters provide the the final step to any line marking removal project. The first step is to use a concrete grinder to remove any thick paint and then run the shot blaster over it with the correct width plate installed. This leave a straight flawless finish that is the acceptable standard for any make good of a commercial warehouse.
